This listing is for a printed product. Once the item is personalized with the name(s), dates, and other information, the item will be printed and mailed (unframed) via USPS to you.
The item price includes printing and shipping of your item. All you have to do is get it framed!

Please allow 3-5 business days to complete your order once your photo has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you once I have received your email. Please send a high-quality photo, minimum 300 PPI, for best results.
Personalized Memory Print (unframed)
Due to the nature of personalized products, I do not accept returns. If there is any issue or problem with an order, once you receive it, please contact me and we will work out a solution. Every effort will be made to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase.
You are purchasing a one of a kind unique product. As such, you will now need to do a few things:
- Select a high-quality photo that you want as the background of your file.
- Email the file to emhvirtual@gmail.com along with any special instructions, including the name and graduation year.
- You will then receive a confirmation email that I have received your image and will have the sample ready for you within 3-5 business days.
- I will email you with any questions or issues.
- I will email a sample to you for your review before I send the finished product. Your 100% satisfaction is top priority.
- Once you receive your final proof and approve it, it will be printed and mailed to you via USPS.
- I am not responsible for delivery once your order leaves my hands. I will provide you with a tracking number to track your item.
- Your item will be packaged in such a way as to protect it well during shipping.
- PLEASE contact me if there are any issues with shipping/delivery and I will assist any way I can.
